Shipping & Returns
US domestic orders only
Every RAASA edition is produced in a single, limited batch and shipped from the United States. Below is how your bottle reaches you, and what to do if something isn't right.
Dispatch
All orders are dispatched within 5 business days of confirmation. No weekend dispatch. You will receive a tracking link via email once the parcel leaves our facility.
Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Major metro areas — 2–3 business days.
- All other locations — 4–5 business days.
Returns
Unopened and sealed bottles may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The return window begins on the day tracking marks delivery, not the day you open the parcel.
Damaged Orders
Document the damage before opening and contact us at support@raasa.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.
